How long will it take my bows to ship?

All orders are hand tied after purchase and will typically ship within 7-14 business days from your order date via USPS. For preorder items, please expect items to ship within 4 weeks from your order date. Our processing time is subject to change if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is $3.50 flat rate and free for orders over $35.

Are you able to combine shipping if I placed multiple orders?

Yes, no problem! We always review orders before processing to combine for shipping and refund any additional shipping charges. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are no longer able to combine it with other orders.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect and/or damaged bow in my package?

Email us at wildflowerbow@gmail.com and we will make it right!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. As mentioned above, we accept returns for any item damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed, before it is fulfilled?

We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. There are exceptions in the case of a duplicate order or wrong quantity selected. If you have any questions regarding your order, please reach out at wildflowerbow@gmail.com.

Can I change my shipping address after I place an order?

Changing a shipping address voids any sellers protection on my end and therefore we cannot make any changes to shipping addresses after your order has been placed.

What do I do if my bow came untied?

Our bows are guaranteed forever. If your bow comes untied, email us at wildflowerbow@gmail.com for instructions on how to send your bow in for a re-tie.

Are the clips secured?

No! The clips are reversible to allow you to put the bow on either side.
